  • Learn what the Power of 8 is (and what it isn’t).

  • See how intention and attention shape the healing environment.

  • Experience a guided group intention session with built‑in nervous system regulation tools.

  • Support your dancer emotionally without adding pressure, “performance,” or expectations to heal faster.

This isn’t about forcing outcomes or magically “fixing” the body. It’s about creating a steadier emotional and energetic climate for recovery, so you both feel more regulated, connected, and supported as you move through this together.

WEEK 3

Q&A, Integration, Hot Seat

This week is about tying everything together and applying it to your real-life decisions.

You’ll bring your current questions, updates, and tough calls to a live Q&A and hot-seat-style session, where we walk through them step‑by‑step using the same calm, integrative framework from the program.

You will:

  • Get an opportunity for live coaching on your specific injury decisions, fears, and “stuck” spots.

  • See how other moms are navigating similar situations, and borrow language, questions, and ideas that fit your family.

  • Refine your plan for providers, communication, and next steps as your dancer recovers or returns to training.

  • Identify what worked, what still feels wobbly, and what support you want to keep in place going forward.

I'm Karina -

I’m a dance mom of 13+ years and a health educator of over 20.
Before I was a mom, I worked as a community health educator in Africa and trained in both conventional and integrative health. I left medical school to pursue a deeper, whole-person approach to wellness, earning a Master’s in Integrative Health and now completing my Doctorate.

And then I became a dance mom.
That’s when theory met reality.
